If you look at an individual element that forms the mark, it is also an abstraction of hand (\"holding\" the rights) but the overall shape is interlocked which represents the patents being secured and the whole process taken care of in one place. It also suggests rotational movement (the INNOVATION).
The way or style in which this is all shaped is very precise and symmetrical - as technology in fact is.")

The overarching theme/style for the products is a fusion between modern/minimalist and asian zen. Each product is meant to convey to customers a high-end, handcrafted, and semi-artwork feeling.
The idea here is to make a geometrical monogram with some asian background integrated into symbol. Since Arteficer is derived from artificer which is a skilled or artistic worker or craftsman, we decided to use Chinese character for craftsman \"匠\" as base for design. Then it was revised to something much more geometrical and balanced with clever integration of letter A into this character. We made this fusion of Asian with modern minimalist look perfectly integrated into symbol. Client loved it so we worked together on developing custom typography solution that will match the icon and support it quite well.")
