This mark is minimal, straighforward, memorable, easy to use and apply to any surface at any scale. The icon is an S shape enclosed in a circle with certain enclosures where the scent gets released, this S wave is floating in space and it is in a contrasting color around that space where the dots are the constelations and stars which connect directly to the scent particles of plants and fruits spreaded by the scent machine. Its overall circle shape shows union, movement and community. The divisions are displayed bellow. These take form by using the initial S wavelike shape.
A custom upper case typography was created for your brand. Clear and easy to read at any scale.
Colors are in shades of orange and blue were included because the mix of these two colors give a sense of fun and refreshingly appealing.")

I wanted to play with the polka dot trend to show how the 'O' is cooked up with individual ingredients, with varying teals and aquas with earth tones and oranges to represent 'grains, nuts, dried fruits, and powders'.
It's a bit bold and playful, but to me it says 'organic' and natural and tasty.")

What I settled with was a new 'uniq' typeface for them. I wanted to make a modern, mono-line, san serif font that has design elements from classic diner signage (as food trucks are the new normal in casual dining).
The B and R's have crossbars that cross the stem, evoking a 50's-era streamline trailer lettering and hand-painted diner signage. I loved making this type, and may develop it into a full alphabet font called 'cyber cafe' or something :)
The bun is just cute, and let's people see from a thousand feet what they're selling and what they can expect. I matched the thickness of the letters for a web-friendly mono-line effect.")

This way the existing customers will recognize it, and the 'sunny day' is built right into both the name and the logo.
The typeface is modern, cute, bold, and feminine, and it'll serve them well for another decade or so. It's slightly modified so the 'L' matches the sweeping blue hill of the graphic.
The color scheme matches the cool blue sky and warm yellow of a rising sun.")

This is a custom mark with hand-drawn glyphs, giving it that classic DIY feel that lends itself to grungy photocopy fanzines and other underground design.
Playing upon some trends in rock/metal, it has that eastern-european constructivist feel to it (without using blackletter), and is a self-contained design that will naturally lend itself to t-shirts, hats, stickers, and other branded merch bands depend on for monetization these post-advance days.")

I'm aware it's probably a reference to 007, but I like the idea of the 'specks' on your face needing to get removed. There is also the proverb about removing a 'speck from one's own eye', which we can interpret as working on oneself before we worry about others.
The little dashes in the lines (or speks) draw the eye and make you stare at the word, making it imprint more on the brain.
I feel like this logo has a high propositional density, and that it will 'mean something' to a large group of men.")

I settled upon this mostly mono-line mark, which gives the illusion of a box logo despite being open and airy, like the great outdoors pictured within it.
The L completes the lower corner and launches into a typeface that has open counterspaces while being contemporary, clean, and minimal.
This design will work well for engraving, letterpress printing, laser-etching, and burning/branding.")

In my doodles I kept coming back to the visual pun of a strike-through over the word strike, which has the minimal aesthetic of a luxurious restaurant. This plays on both the word 'Strike' and the way a strike is often scored in bowling (with an 'X').
The typeface is called 'Norwester', a beefy san serif that is very modern. Out of the hundreds of types I looked at for this project I felt this had the most character.
There were some slight modifications done to accommodate the concept, and the design accommodates any color palette.")
