Danielle Lincoln Hanna provided the image of the mail boat from Lake Geneva (WI).
First I did a lot of research about the Lake Geneva region. Gathered pictures and bring them together to create a new picture. To enhance the mystery, I have created a partially under water view. Although it is impossible to have blood rising to the service like this, it sometimes is necessary to ignore reality in order to enhance the dramatic effect of the cover. Especially when you want to attract the attention of the reader and take your book at hand. Thanks to the excellent communication with the author I was able to create a design that was beyond her expectations.")

The main Character, Wilder, a little boy, is the center of this beautiful story. Everything started at the thanks- giving day, he was very upset and angry because he never met his grandfather and everybody was talking about him. He was a very special person for all family but he never knew him... and the story was centered in this fact.
