\"The story takes place in rocky prairie, so perhaps a background of that with some rolling hills of prairie grass and a few isolated stands of trees. The Sun is a major factor in the novel so should be prominent. One character is the Day Knight, represented by the Sun, and another is the Dog Knight, ideally represented by a stereotypical spiked dog collar somewhere on the cover. My initial thought was a bloody sword stuck in the grass with a dog collar hanging around the hilt and the Sun bright in the sky. The antagonist of the book is a devil that lives in a bog not too far away, so I thought perhaps there could be a looming darkness or something of the sort. Some indication of lurking danger.\"")

The concept of the design of the icon is inspired by the water lilies that are designed in a tribal modern style with smooth and neat lines with an aesthetic focus on beauty and purity to match the depiction of the EYDA character.
