As the time went by, the client wasn't really sure what would be the next step or which direction to take so we ran around in circles, trying to reinvent the wheel while making some confusing concepts.. After while, it just came to me that we should simply take what we already have and mix it up with pop culture somehow. The client agreed and that was it.
Right now I'm making sketches for more than 30 new skull characters, including Marilyn Monroe, Capt. Jack Sparrow, Cersei, Mad Hatter, Daenerys etc. All great icons of pop culture.
So, stay tuned, there's more to come. :)")

I found that Iggy Pop and David Bowie write, record and produce “Lust for life” there, so, that was my corner stone and the music the sunflower is singing.
In this version I add a line of balloons because I remember the song \"99 Luftballons (99 red balloons)\" from german group Nena. There are more than 99 balloons.
I pick that flower because have warm and positive feelings, besides remember the colors in the german flag.
I also bet on chaos, because it steer the mind and help to produce new ideas; the words should work as detonators for thoughts.")

In this one hour call, we installed a new template, revamped her portfolio layouts, decided on brand colors and created some new custom elements with her new colors - the result was amazing and I am in LOVE!

We actually broke Denise's call into two chunks with a little work time in the middle - on her first call, I got a sense of her vision/goals and offered my suggestions. I pulled all of her existing content into the new template, added a newsletter capture and a few other elements and we were ready for her follow up call!
The follow up call only took a couple of minutes - we just needed to do a quick review and make sure that she loved the end result!
To complete the project, I provided her with a few short videos on some of the additional tasks that she wanted to complete on her own (SEO, email campaigns, etc).")
