@CH, I know you're probably overwhelmed by now, I know I am just scrolling through all the gr8 submissions and interesting chit chat. And I know you said all entries would be reviewed, but possibly not rated, but could you please look at the ones I submitted before the weekend. #2290, #2293 and #2295. Of my own work I think these are my best and would like you to look at them. In a flury of so many similar designs these don't look like anyone elses. So if you get the time to look at them and rate them I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance - Mary

silverartist dont make such comments, all the people who made comments about mine or lucys design have nothing to do with us I am sure lucy too. they just like the work and that's all.

I have said in many contest, this comment area is for the CONTEST HOLDER, not our chit chat.
and if you like a design, PM the designer you kudos, not here.
The moderators should delete half of the comments, the ones not made by the contest holder, it would clear up this thread some;)

I absolutely agree with Chunli. Anyone liking a design should PM the designer and not act like a promoter.
At the risk of sounding pretentious, i have won many contests on 99designs and many more on the old version (sitepoint) and feel that my work speaks for itself. Any accusations against me are just sour grapes on the part of others with lesser talent. It is also worthwhile noting that those who do go out of their way to vilify other designers usually do not have anything creative to contribute to the contest themselves.
Maybe comments should be restricted to those taking part in the contest, that way there will be no confusion of tribal/patriotic/nationalistic/familial/next door neighbour/pets, etc loyalties.
Lucy is not Tamz. She has been around for a while (longer than Tamz). I had an issue with Tamz thats all. Like Bob said, anyone liking a design should PM the designer and not act like a promoter..lol
SilverleafArtist... can you please show me and all others where i have promoted my work on this contest and any other contest on 99designs for that matter. Your accusations can have a bearing on my reputation as a designer so if you feel the need to accuse me then please back it up with evidence.

Silver has made several valid points, and I for one agree. People
should PM the designer if they like a design and not on here. I
also think that it can be viewed as cheap promoting. What should
be on here is questions to the host, news updates from the host.
Design issues regarding any particular design or anything else
that pertains to the contest except promoting design comments.
I work hard on my designs and I tell my friends let me know
what you think of it in PM cause I want work to speak for itself
to the host.
@ Lucy,
Silver was generalizing her comments period over all the members
plugging designs. If you got offended by that remark, then you
have some issues to contend with as that wes directed to all of
us on here.
