So basically the last designer made the inner page the homepage. I want the current homepage to be an inner page and the design switched up a bit. On the homepage can just be a basic layout with company overview and what we offer etc. Then I want the menu similar to the old website. For colors you can keep the colors similar

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
