It was a painful time consuming process of back and forth with the designer, not assisted by the lack of features the actual 99designs website has. I did find a great designer through 99, but the website interface I had to use was not as sleek, or efficient as I would have liked for this type of project based collaboration with a service provider. Can be much better.

Really enjoy being able to see the first round of designs risk free. I've worked with a lot of designers in the corporate world and I know even great designers may not design what you have envisioned. Being able to see the direction they are going before spending any money is really great.

Use to use design platform. Great support and progress information as you go. Product : Many entrants with at least a few high standard entries. Designers are friendly and easy to communicate with.

I love working with 99Design - the system is fun and engaging, the designers quality is good, the results are always satisfactory or even thrilling, and the customer services team is brilliant. They get back to me quickly and are always accommodating of my requests and are very helpful. I've used it 3 times - 2 web design projects and 1 eBook design. And I will use it again!
