We are SO grateful someone referred us to 99designs. We were willing to try it because the pricing was so reasonable, even if all we got was lots of input from lots of designers. But we never expected to fall in love or get such good results! The customer support was better than expected (and better than is common these days). And the quality of some of the designers... Wow. We were blown away and are utterly thrilled with the end result. We'll be coming back to 99designs for future design-needs for sure!

99designs was a joy to work with. Their support team was ve3ry responsive when contacted, and you can easily get an extension on your project. You have control over releasing the payment - you don't release it until satisfied with your project and receive your final files. The process is pretty painless, with easy to understand instructions. I loved the design contest, with the ability to see submissions from many different designers. 99designs has some top notch designers, and I was completely satisfied with my final design. I would highly recommend them.
