We are opening a retail store this spring to go along with our service and installation dept. We're looking for a front and back design tshirt with our website on the back somewhere. which is http://www.pintopool.com. I will attach our logo but the design does not need to include it.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
