Description of the organization and its target audience
We are a church in a city called Englewood Colorado. We are looking for a signage template that will be used throughout our facility letting people know where to go, our hours, and other information.

Description
I need a sign template that we will use in multiple places throughout our building. I will manipulate and change the information as we see fit for different areas of the facility, but I am looking for something sleek and modern, good design, and something that creatively incorporates our logo. Dimensions should be 18" tall by 30" wide. It should say "Welcome To Wellspring Church" with our logo, and it should have some key information as follows: Sunday Services: Every Sunday at 9am and 11am. Office Hours: Monday - Thursday from 9am to 4pm. Food Pantry: Sundays at 11:30am.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
