iRent is a SaaS offering (Software as a Service). It's software for multi-family apartment owners to manage their properties. The target user is someone that owns a property with 20-1000 units. The software tracks all income and expenses, and provides analytics as well.

The application is currently designed, and is being used to manage 5 properties. I don't like the user interface. I am looking for someone who can provide logos, a CSS file, and appropriate icons to make the solution look modern, cool, and elegant. If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
