XYZ Ventures

Our company, XYZ Ventures, is a company that operates within the crypto space, powered by the Ethereum blockchain. We are a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) that acts as a venture builder (VC) and decentralizing agent. Through a rigorous vetting process, and with the help of xyz ventures’ token holders, we select early stage companies to deploy our decentralization model and in turn become early stage investors in these companies. We believe that the decentralized autonomous organization governance model, when applied to key real-world businesses, can turn them into more efficient and healthier companies operating in a more harmonious and autonomous way. Essentially XYZ Ventures is a Venture Capital firm geared towards crypto governance in the real world, acting as activist investors - venture builders, or an accelerator for our portfolio companies.

Meaning behind “xyz”: xyz represents the “marginalized” ending of the alphabet, often excluded or forgotten, however it has great importance because without it the alphabet is incomplete. In the majority of cases, customers or users of a company that sell any kind of good or service, often aren't taken into account by the management of the company, they are the xyz. Some companies do the bare minimum and give a small amount of voice to their customers by checking reviews, or measuring NPS or some other sort of satisfaction metric. We want to go way beyond that and turn customers into relevant stakeholders, who can have the ability to actively participate in our companies and literally will have a vested interest in them. A win-win for both the company, who will have a highly engaged and retained customer base, and also for the customer, who will become a relevant stakeholder able to participate in the company's executive decisions.
