Description of the organization and its target audience
we are a local group fitness studio; we cater to primarily women, but would like to also include a male audience - we shouldn't be exclusive to women. We are not a gym, for instance we don't have equipment like treadmills or elliptical machines. We host group fitness classes for cardio and strength training to improve mind and body (i.e., Zumba, bootcamp, BARRE, Strong Nation (HIIT), POUND, Circle Mobility, etc.). Current Demographics are: women 38 - 60 - we want to attract men and younger adults (20+). I would like to see the logo have a balance of strength and flow / dance. Open to colors, but would overall like black to be dominant with colored accents / visuals.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
