Description of the organization and its target audience
Provide X-ray detection & sensor equipment to manufacturing (OEM's) in the security, industrial, medical & scientific industries. These are used in things like scanning machines for airport security /process inspection / food safety / electron microscopes / foreign object detections in various materials etc. This is very much the world of photons/ electrons / wavelengths and X-rays. The target audience are typically senior management and engineers that use this equipment

I've also attached their original logo. Please see notes below.
Logo can be completely redesigned and modernised. We'd like to keep the globe/global idea + electromagnetic wave. We need to represent the electromagnetic/ photon idea being omnipresent (in, on and past the earth)
Logo could be circular but we're open to ideas
a 3D affect would be preferable but again open to ideas
"Sens" + "Tech" different contrasting colours - to go underneath logo
The Resolution Blue on the colour palette above is the primary colour. Any of the above colours can be used in conjunction with it or not at all.
The word "Sensor Technologies" on the original logo is not to be used.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
