Pick and Play is een nieuw voedingsprogramma dat het heel makkelijk maakt om gezond te eten. Pick staat voor de categorie van voedingswaren die je elke dag MOET eten (bv groenten, proteïnen, ...) en Play staat voor de extra's die je zelf mag uitkiezen (chocolade, koekje, ...).
De doelgroep zijn volwassenen, zowel mannen als vrouwen die gezonder willen gaan eten, maar niet goed weten waar ze moeten beginnen.
