We are also are a DJ and event production company called Envision Entertainment & Events Co. I want to take the lower case letter "e" from our logo and somehow incorporate it into the new Photo Booth company logo. I am thinking I would like the logo to look similar to the shape of the booths we offer. For reference I have uploaded a photos of different angles of the booths and my current website can be seen at http://www.envisionedevent.com. I also uploaded a my company logo for you to see as well.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
