Considering incorporating the business start date of 1996 (est. 1996)(since 1996)
Would also consider using city name along with business name. (Stan the Donut Man, of West Chester) There are other Stans Donuts across the US that aren't affiliated with my shop. maybe use city name for differentiation.
mostly confident that pink, white and black will be color combo of new paint in storefront display area

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
