What We Are:
whispertrades is a website for stock and options traders to define and run automated trading programs that will automatically trade stocks and options based on custom rules/criteria defined by the user. The trading rules are created and maintained by each user on our website. Our service allows traders to automate complex trading strategies and save the trader substantial time from manually trading themselves.
Logo "vibe":
Clean and modern.
Elements/Characters:
We're interested in seeing design elements that are related to stock and options trading, stock portfolio management, and automation. Consider adding something that incorporates the "whisper" concept. Something that is subtle, not loud. We are open to other ideas as well. We are looking for an icon/logo with meaning behind it.
Things to Avoid:
Avoid anything that screams "money". This is more about a tool or service being offered for stock traders and less about making money.
Miscellaneous:
- Please use a white background
- No need for a slogan
- The primary logo should be wider than it is tall. No exact dimensions or anything, just not square. HOWEVER, in addition to a horizontal logo with the company name, we'd also like a square logo that could be used for something like a website favorite icon. This can be as simple as the first letter ("w") in the logo, or it could be a character or symbol if you have one as part of your logo.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
