Description of the organization and its target audience
MLAT Is a software tool used by Engineers in the Department of Defense to measure maritime vessel (hull, bridge deck, control tower, structural components) damage. This software program looks at a wide variety of maritime vessels, such as aircraft carriers, battleships, submarines, etc. We would like to have a design involving sea monsters or ancient Gods (e.g., Poseidon).
