Description of the organization and its target audience
My firm works as a consulting platform specializing in dairy cattle nutrition and management. We focus on providing insights to keep cattle in optimum health to achieve high performance. Our goal is to provide high standards of service in order to help dairy producers provide a safe, healthy, abundant food supply while caring for cattle as a top priority. We are entrusted to help make multimillion dollar decisions and to assist our clients in casting visions for growth while navigating current paradigms.

I would like a design that projects confidence, professionalism, and excellence. My goal is to have this logo on letterheads, business cards and clothing. I would like to have it be visually pleasing to the point that clients would be willing to wear it on promotional clothing.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
