I really like the circle enclosure with the dots too. I just don't like the letters outside of it. I could see another additional drawings outside or touching it but I'd like the circle closed.

This one would be great if it was only one house with the flower and no chimney. Maybe some kind of small accent around house. to highlight it.

I like this. Maybe a little different flower or roof w/ a accent like little diamonds for emphasis.
Also thinking Sophisticated and Modern. Can be all neutral. Doesn't have to have a color. I'd like to have it look like a flower. or possibly a flower in a house or just with a roof. Please see new logo examples and explanations.
If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
