Description of the organization and its target audience
I own an event production company that works primarily in upper Manhattan. I originally was thinking of some sort of crest, or circular style logo, however I'd like to somehow utilize the skyline around 96th street Manhattan, and include the George Washington bridge and the Dyckman Marina, facing the George Washington Brdge type of skyline, as well.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
