We sell high quality hand made cigars at an upscale retail store which features a beer and wine bar and lounge with a relaxed environment for 45+ year old men and women.
The name “Hecho a Mano” (translation - made by hand) was chosen to acknowledge and appreciate the often-forgotten fact that the cigars we enjoy are handmade by men and women who provide a labor so specialized, that it is a true form of art. The average cigar is touched by over 200 hand before they become ours to enjoy. We are privileged to benefit from the gifts of those men and women’s hands. Their labor is, indeed, their art.
The cigar is to us an instrument of power, reflection, steadiness, calm and sophistication. Accomplishments are celebrated, deals are brokered, commitments are made and satisfied; and the stress of it all, at least temporarily, surrenders to our will and makes us the captains of our destiny. The power of a cigar deserves our respect. At Hecho a Mano, our brand will endeavor to affirm that value.
