Description of the organization and its target audience
We are rebranding our resort and need a new logo. The hotel is located in downtown Bethel, Maine, USA.
It is a nice, but not luxury hotel and resort located in an area people visit for outdoor activities. On the resort there is a golf course, cross country ski trails, tennis courts, and an outdoor heated pool. There is onsite dining, as well.
Guests come to stay when they go to local ski areas, for hiking, and to get out into the mountains.
This logo will need to incorporate other brands eventually (i.e The Links at The Bethel Resort & Suites). Whoever wins this contest will be paid to create additional logos for the related brands (2-3 logos total).

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
