Target audience is founders of VC-backed startups who are looking for support with GTM strategy, corporate operations, or clinical operations for their company. Ideally I'd like the logo to communicate something about the work, like a positive change in direction or things going the right way. Maybe arrows or sone kind of dot and line graph going up (like data and not a stock)

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
