I would like to have a placeholder for the name of each vacation rental home - e.g., Casa Azul, Casa Blanca, The Birdhouse, La Casita

I own and operate luxury short term rentals (e.g., Airbnb's) http://www.lacasitagroup.com in Dallas, TX, USA, for vacation and work travelers, local residents wanting a home to stay in during repairs or renovations, or during life transition periods (i.e. after the sale of a home before a new home is ready; renting until they purchase a home locally). I'm looking for something more inspired and elegant, with some (not necessarily all) of a handwritten script font. Less boxy and corporate. Even cooler if it incorporates some detail in the home like the pool or the rafters or something that stands out. I'd like an emblem / logo and the words "La Casita Group", with the name of each house below / smaller / incorporated as needed - please use "Casa Azul" for the sample house name in your submission. Something simple enough to embroider on a shirt or put on a wax stamp would be great.

I'd like something that has both an icon and the words "La Casita Group", as well as space for the name of each house. I'm going for modern, elegant luxury. Not stuffy - something simple, warm, fun, approachable, but still communicating high-end, attention to detail, and local hospitality. Please see the sample hotel logos i've uploaded for reference.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
