The "Inc." can be optional for the logo design. But if you are thinking to use a lettermark then "Inc." needs to be used, because our company's abbreviation is TPI. If you are thinking to use a pictorial mark the icon portion of the logo can represent the meaning of our industry and services. We're open to designer's suggestions regarding colors and what is trending (yet unique) for the Tech industry.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
