Description of the organization and its target audience
We are a developmental research lab at Boston University studying how babies learn to move and communicate (crawl, walk, babble, gesture, talk, interact with objects and their environment, socially interact with caregivers, etc). Our target audience is families interested in participating in our research studies, other research labs, project collaborators (research hospitals, clinics, etc).

Since we primarily work with infants and toddlers, we are looking for something cute! And also hoping for it to still be professional, but we don't want a logo that's too serious. We've attached two versions of recruitment flyers for our study so you can see what kind of design we've used in the past. Using the letters our lab name stands for (ICL) in the logo instead of the full name is fine too!!

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
