Description of the organization and its target audience
This will be a retail store that is a Fresh Beer Marketplace and Beer tasting room. It's also going to be an app that allows users to pay and order beer. Think of it as a tech company that sells beer. We will sell growlers, beer by the glass, and a wide variety of bottles. The target audience will be 21-45 year olds who are tech savvy.

I picture some type of logo out of the word "Craft" along with some type of recognizable icon that can be used for an app icon. I'd like to stay away from using an image of a growler in the logo. I want it to be very clean and modern. Some variations could use "Craft & co." or "Craft Co." as we haven't fully decided on the exact name yet. There could also be the sub-headline underneath of "Fresh Beer Market + Tasting Room". I'm open to unique takes on it.
I have much more design work that is needed including wall art, cards, labels, bags and much more so I'm looking to establish a long term working relationship with a designer.
I've attached some logo styles I like along with a text logo i created. Please do not just copy these, these are just to show the style and simplicity that i'm looking for.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
