Description of the organization and its target audience
I'm working with larger corporations to handle their digital marketing needs. Everything from SEO, PPC, FB and conversion rate optimization. Logo needs to instill confidence and trust as well as professionalism and uniqueness. We are looking for a logo that instantly says "powerful"(not aggressive per say), but dominate. I want companies to look at our logo and know we are a 'go getter' and 'get it done right' type of company.

Here are a few separate logos that we liked. I say iconic so that it's more corporate and branded, like the fox logo below with less detail. I'd do away completely with the brown and the beige as they aren't vibrant and bold and will make for bland branding. Keep in mind that the new website will be clean white, with black and white photography, accented with black, white, and the two vibrant colors we use for the fox and bear. The animals need to look stoic and without emotion - no need to have them look either menacing or friendly. We are looking for something that is immediately identifiable as a Bear and Fox that is simplified with minimal lines. Our slogan focuses on "Powerful and Smart" to the stance and look of the logo needs to emulate that feeling.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
Nice incorporation of letters with animal. Has a bold look.
