Description of the organization and its target audience
This is the logo for a luxury family mountain retreat in Montana. The concept will be on the gate to the property and other items in the house. House will also be rented. Target is family, friends and rental clientele. Needs to be classy. Reference to mountains, etc. is OK but not required. I do not want a cowboy/western themed logo. Birds sitting on a log might be incorporated. I might be able to upload a sketch of house to be included. I do not want it juvenile, cartoonish or feminine.

This is for a large mountaintop retreat for family and clients. The three birds represent our adult children.

Final files
If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
