Description of the organization and its target audience
TPM (Technical Program Manager) Events is a non-profit organization that aims to provide a central location for professional development of TPMs in the Tech Industry.
I'm looking for 3 logos with a single brand guideline to encompass them all. Here are the three (if this means a pricing change, that's fine, the system didn't really have that option).
1) TPM Events - the parent company/org. The main color is purple and the logo should symbolize community or collaboration. Learning is also a good symbol here. The existing (AI-generated) logo is attached for reference. I don't really like it but I needed something quick at the time!
2) TPM Summit - this is an annual professional development conference that started last year. The primary color here is green. The visualization here is - you guessed it - a mountain summit. :) The existing logo is also attached. Subtle changes are okay but the general form of the logo portion (not the words/font) should remain similar because we have a neon sign (also shown below) that we made for the event that we really like and would love to keep using. (If you are really passionate about changing it, feel free to submit but I'll likely bias towards ones that I can keep the sign).
3) TPM Trails - this is a new concept this year that are local professional development chapters. Local as in to a city or geographical area that makes sense. These will be monthly meet ups for professional development. The idea here is that "all trails lead to the summit". So the design language of the Trails and Summit should be similar. The color scheme hasn't been chosen at all here so up to your opinion.
Our website is tpmevents.org so you can see what I've done so far (if that helps with sense of style, font etc.). But the font choices are up to you at the end of the day!

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
