Description of the organization and its target audience
We are a service provider with two emphasis: People and Technology.
Our customers are middle and large companies/corporations. The customers emphasis can be in the areas of marketing, strategy, business development, IT, finance, eCommerce, etc. Our major activities is to help our customers to reach their goal with consulting, training, coaching, workshops or by jumping into the team as an architect/developer/scrum master/agile coach and getting things done in daily business, via full integration into the team, together with the team. We work in an empiric/agile manner, cross functional, iterative. In the core we can work without each other, but together we build a strong and complete unit with a lot of synergies - but these two thematic focuses (people and tech) are somehow diverging AND we have a common goal: customer needs and the challenges in the project which we target via ONE FOCUS. We go a little more into detail in the section below (additional hints).

The industry that we needed to select in this briefing is not unambiguous.
Our industry and current customers is/are mainly IT (Tech and People), but the people part is not tied to IT, since people are everywhere ;)
One of the founders of `one focus` is a scrum master/agile coach (people) and the other is an IT architect/developer (tech).
Basically we two do the same job, but on a different level:
Roland as an architect/developer is responsible to fully understand the customers needs, translate it into technical requirements and features, designs a solution by combining the best fitting technologies and architectural methods and helps building the cloud infrastructure and software.
Therefore Jessica creates and stuffs the teams necessary for those projects. Either she jumps into an existing team, analyzes the team situation/members regarding competences, crossfunctionality, synergies, weaknesses and strengths, compability between each others - or she builds the team from scratch. She pushes that each member of the team and the team in complete establish a fundament with the elementary culture and values to work according agile practices and practices like scrum, kanban, design thinking. Responsibility focuses on the stances of: coaching, training, mentoring, impediment removing, people/team/organization development, innovation management, servant leadership, facilitating, management.
Now you hopefully understand that our company consists of two (somehow contrary) elements with one focus.
