I am starting my own consulting company combining my experience and passion for real estate investment and hotel management.
My main activities will include : transaction services & brokerage, hotel valuation, hotel repositioning and exit strategies, capex planning, financial optimization of business plans and operations, hotel asset management services.
Target audience: hotel owners ( private & institutional), family offices, professional real estate investors & portfolio managers
Collaboration partners: architects, interior designers, hotel management companies

As per the attached sketched: I have been working on the idea to put the focus on the letters HO, R, and E in my name (hoerée) to create a link with my core activities (Hospitality and Real Estate).
But I am still not sure about what letter type to use and whether it is best to play with colors or with the size/font of the letters to reach the best effect.
Could you provide any assistance or make a few suggestions?

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
