Details
The quarterly email newsletter will include the following items:
1. Introduction Message from Staff Member
2. Side bar with small updates (branch closure, special holidays, etc.)
3. Body contains 3-5 stories about events or special programs (loans, etc) with one image for each story.
4. Email footer with contact information (mailing address, phone number, etc.) and social media follow icons.
We will be sending out this e-newsletter via mailchimp to our membership every 3 months.

Client is not sure if they want stock images used in this contest.
Stock images are licensed photos and vector files. Please declare stock when you submit designs so that clients can pay for licenses.
Other notes
We also print a copy of this e-newsletter for our members in our branches in a legal paper size. We want to make sure this template is easy to print on two pages.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
