I chose to take a slightly different approach than my normal methods by hand drawing the design roughly leaving it imperfect and then allowing the software to vector my rough drawings.
This worked well and gave the rough look i was going for which emulates the Mandalorian symbol it is based upon.
The design also stood out in the contest as it was a completely different approach to all other submitted works.")

This stylized mother deer-and-fawn — literally and figuratively interdependent — suggest the preciousness and vulnerability of all wildlife, while instantly reminding us of our own propensity for love and compassion.
Clean lines and simplified deer shapes make the mark memorable and scalable, while the parallels in form to the type treatment and subtleness of color keep it professional and sophisticated. The softened letterforms echo the gentleness of the imagery, and vice versa.")
