Simple minimalistic but organic logo with rough shape style.
I think in workout, yoga, training and such as there are some stages of training (Stratum). I came up on this concept. Stratum refers to layers of rock or somethings (that is, I use triangle of initial FAF that forms a layer that resembles a mountain layer) that is formed over a vast time. This is a training analogy. I choose mountain symbol to symbolically present strength, progress and aiming high). Therefore - it is strong, bold and prominent but still sophisticated and modern iconic logo.
