In this case, I think it should be beautiful, vintage, memorable, reflecting tradition and good sea cuisine, tasteful, to the point for sure, easy to implement across various different media, like digital, print, various other types of marketing and promotion. This logo concept is still available for purchase and is very effective in meeting the above-mentioned criteria.
