The design is an abstract shape of a spearhead, but also we can see the initials of the company, S and H.
The way how is created the logo reminds subtle about how is manufactured an air filter: the filter material is zigzagged to create a larger filter surface.")

At first sight, this logo is an abstract letter L.
But it's more than that.
In short, in my concept, it's all about horizontally and vertically and the way how is defined the permanent education. Because what the LinkGroup do with their courses it's called permanent education outside the school, throughout life, regardless of age, (at least in my opinion).
