This iconic design reveals a part of a pair of glasses in the negative space. Already striking by its original and simple shape, the symbol becomes a smart eye-when replacing the “O” and partially the “n” in the complete wordmark “Online Optiker”. With its outwardly raised edges, the V as initial letter becomes the visual equivalent of victory: successful, victorious, excellent. The foundation of the V is reminiscent of a minimalistically abstracted diamond, thus underlining the attributes “high-quality” and “expensive\".
The special V works as great within the wordmark as detached as a standalone symbol which will prove to be very beneficial for use in social media.")
