The glass house is shown in this design by utilizing an outline with a gap towards the bottom to show openness and inclusivity in their community. I used a geometric, crystal-like filling to the company logo to show their gender initiatives and to convey a glass-like appearance. I chose a bold, balanced font to continue along the bottom of the house and tie the entire logo together.
