Background:
The client needed to hire a lot of people to drive and deliver Amazon orders, but he also needs to run his company. With hundreds of job applications per week, he needed a more efficient process.
Our Approach:
We did comprehensive research about target demographics to make sure the aesthetics speak to them. We then worked out the perfect job applicant funneling, filtering, and scheduling system.
The challenging part was it involved custom code, so it took a lot of trial and error as well as tons of testing before we were confident the system worked smoothly.
The final product is something the client was very happy to have. It currently is giving him good quality job applications and he only needs to monitor his calendar for new zoom call schedules.
