I made this simple one-color design using negative space for the secondary color as for the bright and lights, for the font it is a classic royal style one and modified it by the sides.

We are a heavy duty lifting gym so it could incorporate the gym theme, but in a clever/indirect way. Doesn't have to be a literal translation or anything obvious, but something that may reveal itself as you look a bit closer.
The Viking theme is the priority, with gym theme adding a secondary element (if at all).
Front of shirt will have the main design and the back will just have the word Powerplay.")
