Primal design evaluated into the final logo you can see. I closed the whole design into the shape of the hibiscus flower ( traditionally worn by Hawaiian girls).")

We wanted to capture that lush tropical vibe in our design so we made a little rainforest somewhere in the islands, with a lot of vegetation, waves and sun. The name of the company is Coccoloba, the scientific name of the seagrape plant, so we incorporated that as well in our design.
This project was right up our alley, so we enjoyed very much working on it, awesome client, good communication overall fun project.

Inspired from that I decided to use multiple colours from the beach hotel buildings in a row. Using colourful bricks representing construction and neat balanced alignment for management to create a letter mark.

My task was to redesign old logo - originally it was only in black. Client wanted to add a colour to make the logo more expresive. I used original pose of a girl as a reference to the old design.
