“Bohnenschatz” is a wordplay that consists of the parts “Bohnen” (\"bean\") and \"Schatz\". \"Schatz\" has a double meaning: once it can be understood as \"treasure\", but it is also a popular nickname for a loved one, like “sweetheart”.
With the combination of beans and a heart the logo gives the consumer an emotional message: \"MY (new) FAVORITE COFFEE\". It also conveys the passion of the coffee roasting company: \"We love coffee\". Drawn with a continuous dynamic line, the logo expresses vitality and joie de vivre. This concept uses geometric shapes in a nested composition, and by changing the placement of the nested shapes and patterns, along with colours for each varietal, this would ensure that each varietal would have a unique identifier, yet still fit in with the brand aesthetic.")

The TML logo is based on three essential elements: a pen, a play-symbol, and a snake/caduceus reference. The pen symbolizes the hand-drawn style of the online lectures. The play-symbol indicates that the content is based on videos. The snake/caduceus is a reference to the medical nature of the teaching content.
These three symbols merge into a simple and memorable icon. The play symbol forms the tip of the pencil, which in turn includes the snake/caduceus symbol on top. The simple and smart realization of the icon expresses: TML is the simple and smart way to learn. Data management for a company is really a journey in how to manage their digital assets involving multiple applications, teams, and organizations within that company. It can really be hard to navigate that, which was one of the reasons behind the naming pathFinder.
It was also the reason to build the logo around the concept of navigation. The icon shows an abstract sextant symbolizing competent and goal-oriented navigation. In addition, it also consists of an upward arrow, which adds an additional compass/navigation meaning.
The simple and remarkable design transports the core concept of pathFinder perfectly. It was a great collaboration with the client, who liked the concept at first glance.")

This minimalist design starts with the well-known play symbol but takes it in a new direction. The standard play icon is closed: it starts where it ends. Not so this symbol: it starts at a point and develops forward so that the line ends further forward. The symbol breaks up the convention and inherits the clear impression of moving forward. This fits perfectly with the brand attributes: disruptive, modern, viral.")
