The collateral material the logo will be used in conjunction with will communicate that Monett is a place where one can have work-life balance due to the great job opportunities AND great quality of life available in Monett. That is the reason we adopted the slogan, “Work, Life, Balanced.” The “work” part comes from the many great job opportunties and the “life” part will emphasise the following community attributes: family-friendly, great housing options, wonderful parks and outdoor recreation opportunities.")

The existing logo showed a cube. Initially, I followed a radically different approach than the existing logo, but then we decided to revisit that concept.
In addition to the three-dimensional view that visualizes the multi-dimensional nature of decision making, the new logo can also be interpreted two-dimensional: Then the right (red) part forms a forward-directed arrow, symbolizing progress and forward thinking.
The new D3X Systems logo is an evolution that retains the idea and color scheme of the original logo but takes it to the next level. In fact, the final design looks slightly different from the one presented here: it has additional lines that emphasize the three-dimensional view. However, I like this version as well.")

Comkit stands for communication kit. The kit is a physical box of big posters, workshop material, voting cards, etc.
I played around and incorporated a hexagonal shape (box) into the symbol; more can be seen in the mockup.
