Moonrock is an astronaut but every alien friend of his was created in the street style. Each character is recognizable for different details.

The eagle was to be printed on a navy blue shirt and had to resemble an academic atmosphere.
A design idea provided but not necessary was to draw inspiration from Harry Potter's crest (Ravenclaw).
We needed something to impact with the school name, their logo (the triangle)
and of course the mascot.
Starting from this brief I wanted to develop a crest with vintage colors. The flying eagle holds the logo between its claws. I wanted to make it with its original colors to make it stand out from the rest.
The name of the academy is reported on a parchment, while the feathers around it are a decoration.")

In the brief among the reference ideas, there was the possibility of creating a cactus in the position of \"hugging someone\" and completely made up of kid-like objects.
I started by drawing objects separately. I have a 3 year old daughter and I thought of her when I started \"my list of items\". I thought of buttered toast, her telling stories to the pots of plants in front of the window, her beloved Teddy, \"Mum what's a star?\" (there is a telescope hidden somewhere), to \"Today I draw!\", to the passion for photos from when she was little, her innate ability for puzzles, to the \"Daddy run away I'm a pirate\" and her passion for the eggs ,. There is a lot of her in this drawing.
Once I drew what I needed I just remodeled the cactus by putting them all together.")
