I approached the MaticSoul logo by focusing on creative expression, community, and youth culture. Rather than using a literal symbol, I explored typography and flow to represent art as a feeling and movement. A clean circular form was used to suggest unity and collectiveness, while the custom hand-drawn script for “ms” adds a raw, human touch that reflects individuality and artistic freedom. The minimal black and white palette keeps the focus on form and emotion, making the mark adaptable for both digital use and merchandise.
Result:
The final logo feels modern, expressive, and versatile, balancing structure with creativity. The circular badge works well as a standalone mark for merch, stickers, and social media, while the typographic contrast gives the brand a distinct and memorable identity. Overall, the design positions MaticSoul as a contemporary art collective with a strong community-driven and creative soul.")
