The brand focuses on the coastal and rural lifestyles of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, primarily waterfowl hunting and commercial fishing. That is why we wanted to illustrate the traditional, old way of tonging for oysters, done with Chesapeake Deadrise boat, a type of boat used in the Chesapeake Bay.
I kept the basic idea the same, but redesigned everything and added life to it with more details, colors and text.")

They help people with legal problems or buying and selling boats or properties near the ocean, so, they are the guide, the compass, and under the name we have the ocean, we are showing all the elements without losing the serious look.

I chose this specific angle for the yacht to narrow it's presence in the whole logo, so there is a balance between imagery and word, without skimping on the details. As the brand name stated, this company wants to be seen as exclusive, luxurious, refined, and so I gave it a conservative clean look, with a dark navy blue as a background and white for the words and yacht. This also emphasizes the yacht elements (white sails, white hull).")
